Please read the following information carefully.
Deposits
A 20% deposit is required for all reservations in order to secure your place. A refund of the deposit will be given if you cancel your reservation more than 28 days before your arrival date.
This is because our programme is often fully booked, and clients commit to tightly-controlled reservation dates and flights several weeks in advance.
Full Payment
Full payment is due on arrival.
Pro-rata Refund
We offer a unique pro-rata refund on request should you choose to exit the programme within seven days of arrival, with only the 20% deposit being non-refundable. This shows our confidence in the quality of our treatment programmes.
Involuntary Discharge
The Cabin reserves the right to discharge a client from the programme without a refund if either of the following happen:
- Any client is found intoxicated during the programme or found in possession of alcohol and/or drugs
- Any client causes disruption to the programme or disturbs the treatment of other clients
